We liked the hotel and Kyoto, had 2 lovely days there. The room was stylish with balcony & bathroom and had a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave.
It had too big beds, maybe it was bad luck.

I liked location and staff - they were very good. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. Kitchenette was complete with a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerator.

Staff and location made the stay such wonderful. Nice view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too. Helpfulness of hotel staff. I found fabulous Shusai Kukuzen restaurant walking distance to the property. I had the brunch there. Small garden and amazing pool.

It was as expected, had a very lovely stay. Boutique hotel with very beautiful views as a bonus. Really comfortable beds, coffee and terrace were a nice touch. There was a top restaurant, shops and supermarket next door.
